BANANA SMOOTHIE
A healthy way to start the day!!!!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 banana (per person)
1 cup of milk (per person)
1/2 tbs of honey (per person)
2 tbs yoghurt (your choice of flavour -natural, vanilla what ever your taste desires)(per person) -you can use ice cream if you feel like a richer smoothie.
WHAT YOU DO:
1. Dice bananas
2. Place banana, yoghurt, milk and honey in the blender and blend till smooth and light.
Optional: 1. Add a tsp of cocoa for a chocolate banana delight.
2. Add some LSA for extra health kick.
3. Use frozen yoghurt.
