Tomato and Eggplant Pasta

TOMATO AND EGGPLANT PASTA
A great pasta dish and a great way to use left over curry. Good to serve for lunch the next day..

WHAT YOU NEED:
A portion of the Tomato and Eggplant curry
Cooked Pasta

WHAT YOU DO:
1. Heat curry and mix with the cooked pasta.
2. Adjust salt and add fresh coriander leaves.
